Iveta Hlavenkova's lesson fee starts from £42 per 45 min lesson. There is a limited number of concessionary fees available - please ask for details. Iveta is happy to offer a one-off initial lesson with no obligation to carry on. The one-off lessons can also be arranged on an ad hoc basis if students prefer not to sign up. Please get in touch if you'd like more details about how to enrol or to arrange a one-off lesson.
Lessons are normally focused on learning to play classical music on the violin, but Iveta also teaches country/fiddle music if requested. In addition, Iveta creates opportunites for her students to play together in duets, trios and ensembles, both at the student concerts she organises in Leeds and as members of her music groups and workshops which are also held in Leeds.
Violin exams are held at the Yorkshire College of Music & Drama in Leeds where Iveta has a teaching studio. Iveta's students have a 100% pass rate for ABRSM exams, and over 90% of her students at all grades pass with a Distinction.
